About Patty and Kenny Smallwood

Patty & Kenny Smallwood pride themselves on their real estate knowledge, honesty and integrity. Specializing in residential properties, together they have averaged over 100 transactions per year all over the Central Maryland Region. Many of Patty and Kenny's clients refer their friends and family but it is not unusual for them to have also sold the same house numerous times for different sellers. They truly know the inventory of homes for sale, the neighborhood, the history of the area and sometimes even the neighbors! Not only successful in their personal business, they have been proactive in the Real Estate Industry on the local and state levels. They have both been members of the Maryland Association of Realtors Board of Directors, both served two consecutive one year terms as President of the Howard County Association of Realtors, and each has been named Realtor of the Year for Howard County. Patty & Kenny go above and beyond by becoming involved in both state and local politics where they have fought for the rights and benefits of home owners, tenants and landlords. Patty & Kenny Smallwood, along with the entire Smallwood Team of qualified agents, are ready, willing and able to help clients and customers through one of the most important transactions in their lives. Give them a call… you'll be glad you did! 301 332 3876
