About Nicholas Kellar

My take on real estate business relationships is pretty simple, I believe home buyers and sellers should be in control of their big financial decisions but do so in leaning on the support from an agent partner that can give them the right information and perspectives so they can do so confidently. I pride myself on the research side of the decision making process so we can remove as much emotion as possible and make strong decisions throughout. I'm also a big believer on the quality of life being as many quality moments and experiences we can have so, while the real estate process is transactional, it is also a big deal and, because of that, I look for opportunities to bring value through elevating the experience and having some fun along the way. When I'm not helping clients, I try to live a simple life, laugh a lot, and not take life too seriously. I love hanging out with my family (girl dad here!) and friends, working out (weights, running, triathlon...anything that's a challenge), watching sports including watching my daughters their sports, reading, eating!, and doing anything that creates a moment or experience.
