I am one of the lucky few that discovered their true calling early in life. Real estate and helping people is my passion. Listening to my clients is my #1 priority. I also serve Howard, Baltimore & Frederick Counties. When you list your home with me, I take a proactive approach to sell it quickly AND for the highest price possible. Listing your home in the MLS is the first step in the process, not the ONLY step. I aggressively market to all of my contacts through social media, other agents, my own buyers, open houses and other unconventional sources. Selling a home is not a "list it and forget it" undertaking. Sadly that is the approach that so many agents take when listing a home. I follow up with every showing for feedback and pass that information back to my client immediately. Being a realtor is not a job, it's a lifestyle for me.
