About Gail Chisholm

Buying and selling a home is more than just a financial transaction. Whether you are selling a beloved family home to downsize, moving from a condo to a single family home because you’re expecting your first baby, or relocating to an entirely new region, real estate deals can feel overwhelming. Thankfully, Gail is all about making a potentially difficult experience feel easy and stress-free. Having been a therapist, nurse, and patient advocate in her past life, Gail is an excellent listener as well as an empathetic, honest and direct communicator. Her goal is not simply to sell houses; she is interested in supporting and educating her clients in their quest to find a home that truly suits their lifestyle and means. A recipient of Washingtonian magazine’s Top 100 Realtors That You Want on Your Side, Gail puts her whole heart into every client, into every transaction. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and hardworking. This client centered approach has resulted in a business fueled by referrals from past clients. Gail has been successfully selling real estate for the past ten years in the DC Metro area as well as in Anne Arundel County and the Eastern Shore. If it is any indication of this dedication, Gail’s clients have a lot to say about her integrity and personalized approach. When reviewing his experience with Gail, one client writes, “To be perfectly honest, I was wary going into the process given the financial incentives realtors have to achieve a high volume of sales. But it quickly became clear to me that Gail’s business strategy is focused on building a base of clients who are happy with their purchases and who provide glowing reviews and recommendations rather than trying to make faster sales or push her clients into higher priced sales.” When she is not working, Gail has volunteered with The Homeless Children’s Playtime Project and The Humane Rescue Alliance, two non-profit organizations in Washington, DC. In her free time, she is an avid traveler, with a particular affinity for scuba diving and swimming in the ocean.
