Cheryl was born and raised in Southern Maryland. She currently lives in Calvert County, Maryland with her husband, Jimmy and dog, Bear. She has three children and a grandson. After obtaining her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Education, she started her career in teaching. For over 18 years, she taught in both Charles and Calvert County Public Schools. While teaching, Cheryl worked in real estate on the side for several years. As her real estate business began rapidly growing, she made the difficult decision of leaving her teaching career to focus full time on her real estate business. Since becoming full time Realtor, she has broken many records and achieved goals that have put a new perspective in the Southern Maryland Real Estate Industry. She ranked #1 in sales for the state of Maryland from 2003 thru 2021, and has ranked "Top 20 in the World" or the last12 years, by selling an average of 150 units each year. She is a certified Military Relocation Specialist and is listed as "Top 1% REALTORS Nationwide". As a matter of fact, she was just written up in the Washingtonian Magazine as one of the top agents in the area. After multiple years as top producer, she decided to branch out to a real estate team in 2022 so she can serve Southern Maryland even bigger, better & bolder than before.
