About Amanda Tingle

Raised right here on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, I’ve been fortunate to personally experience the desirable country beach living that the Shore offers. If you are looking for your dream home, a vacation home or are looking to relocate or retire here, I can help you find the "one" that fits all your needs! If you are eager to sell your home and are looking to upsize or downsize, I can help with that too. I will guide you through the selling process and help you get the most for your home! I've had a real passion for helping people my entire life and it became crystal clear well over 10 years ago when I started my sales career at Kay Jewelers. I transitioned from Kay's into a full-time position as a Property Manager for a developer with large apartment complexes located right here in Salisbury. My career in Property Management became a natural transition to becoming a Realtor. I know first-hand that there is nothing more satisfying than helping someone find the perfect home or helping someone sell their home and knowing you were an integral part of making it happen. The joy it brings is really unexplainable! If you are a buyer, I want to help you find more than a house……I want to help you find a HOME. If you are a seller, I want to be there for you every step of the way as we close old doors and open new ones. My attention to detail and strong relationship skills makes each transaction unique and special. I’m so thankful to have this opportunity and I look forward to building a relationship with you from the foundation up!
